Hokie Gajan was a former American football player and radio commentator. He was born on November 6, 1959, in Baker, Louisiana. Gajan played college football at Louisiana State University (LSU) as a running back and fullback. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 10th round of the 1981 NFL Draft and played for the team from 1982 to 1985.
After his football career, Gajan became a radio commentator for WWL Radio, where he provided color commentary for New Orleans Saints games. He was known for his deep voice and passionate commentary, earning him a loyal following among Saints fans.
Gajan passed away on April 11, 2016, at the age of 56 after a battle with cancer. He was remembered for his contributions to the Saints organization and his impact on the New Orleans community.
